'Practicing Pilates through pregnancy and post pregnancy has been proven to help with many aspects of your pregnancy such as relaxation, mobility, strength but most importantly core and pelvic stability.
Pregnancy is a wonderful time, but it can have its effects on your body in many more ways than you might think. It is important to keep the body movement and strengthen the muscles that will support your core and posture. At Kinsale Pilates Studio we hope to deliver (no pun intended!) a programme that will help you feel strong, mobile and completely safe.
Whether you are continuing with Pilates or new to it, or whichever trimester you are in, please email us and we will happily book you in!
If you've had your baby and are all too aware of the effects pregnancy has, then why not try our mums and bubs class? All of the exercises are aimed at strengthening your back, glutes (bum) and gently working the abdominal muscles so they knit back together. You can bring your bub with you until they start crawling, which means they get interaction with other babes as well!
